With over 10 years of professional experience, Mr. Pardeep Kumar holds a Master Tax Professional designation and has worked with H&R Block as a Tax Professional and Tax Academy Instructor. Currently, he is also associated with Deloitte Canada as a Cross-Border Tax Specialist, bringing deep expertise in both Canadian and U.S. taxation.

CA Ashok Kumar Jain is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 28 years of rich professional experience in the fields of auditing, taxation, management consulting, and international accounting. He completed his Chartered Accountancy in 1997 and has since been dedicated to providing high-quality financial and advisory services to clients across various sectors.
He began his independent practice under the name M/s Ashok Kesri & Co. in 1997, which he successfully managed until 2013. Since 2000, he has been a partner at M/s Sandeep Singla & Co., where he continues to lead multiple assignments related to bank audits, taxation, and strategic financial consulting.
CA Ashok Kumar Jain also possesses more than two years of international accounting experience, adding a global perspective to his professional capabilities. His in-depth knowledge, strong analytical skills, and commitment to excellence have earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor among clients and peers alike.

About Riya Jain – Assistant Manager
Riya Jain is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 5 years of combined professional and internship experience in taxation and accounting. She currently serves as an Assistant Manager at EXL, specializing in US taxation and accounting. Riya has extensive experience managing complex multi-state US tax filings, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and employee retention credit expertise.
Prior to EXL, she worked with Kaizen CPAs+Advisors for two years, where she handled US taxes and accounting functions, and completed her 3-year internship at leading CA firms focusing on Indian taxation and auditing.
Her technical proficiency spans a wide range of accounting and tax software, including QuickBooks Online/Desktop, AppFolio, SAGE, Tally, UltraTax, CCH, ClearTax, and payroll tools like ADP and YPD. She is also skilled in management tools such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, Karbon, and Trello, with advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
Riya holds a Chartered Accountancy qualification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Her strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and client-focused approach make her a valuable professional in the field of taxation and financial management.
